Thank you for shopping with BilinguaSing! These terms explain how buying from bilinguasingmusic.com works. Please read them before you place your order. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
This shop is run by BilinguaSing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09299917). Our address is SIU Offices, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@bilinguasing.com or on 01628 290508.
2. What we sell
- Music – bilingual albums and collections, delivered digitally (as a download and in the BilinguaSing app).
- Books – printed picture books, posted to you in the UK or overseas.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Postage for books is included in the price shown.
3. Your order
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout by card, Apple Pay or PayPal.
4. Getting your music
Your music is yours straight away. As soon as your payment goes through, you can download it from your order confirmation email and your account, and you’ll have access to it in the BilinguaSing app.
If you have any trouble downloading or accessing your music, just email us and we’ll sort it out.
5. Using our music
Our music is for you and your family to enjoy at home and on the go. It’s for personal, non-commercial use only. Please don’t copy, share, resell or play it in public, including in classes, nurseries or schools. If you’d like to use our music with a group, get in touch and we’ll tell you about our licences for settings.
All recordings, lyrics and artwork are owned by BilinguaSing Limited.
6. Getting your books
Books usually arrive within 3-7 working days in the UK. Deliveries outside the UK can take longer.
7. Changing your mind
Music and other digital products: because you get access straight away, we can’t offer refunds on digital products once you’ve bought them. When you check out, you agree that your access starts immediately and that you lose your right to cancel.
Books: you can return an unused book within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the book price. Please email us first. You’ll need to pay the return postage, unless the book is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
8. If something’s wrong
If a download is faulty, or a book arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days. We’ll fix it, replace it or refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Refunds are made to the card or account you paid with, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
9. Your information
We use your details to process your order and give you access to what you’ve bought. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
